NukoClip ("the app") is a drawing/illustration app for Android, developed by Nuko ("we", "our"). This page explains what data the app does — and does not — collect.
NukoClip does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking SDKs. Core features such as drawing and saving all run on your device and work without an internet connection. Everything you draw and every file you save stays on your device, in a location you choose. The app does include Google's Play Billing Library to handle the optional Pro (one-time purchase) upgrade, and may communicate with Google Play to check your purchase status.
NukoClip reads and writes files only when you explicitly ask it to, through Android's built-in file picker (the Storage Access Framework). For example: saving a drawing, exporting a PSD, or importing an image as a layer. The app does not scan, index, or access any files you have not directly chosen through that picker, and it never uploads any file anywhere — there is no server for it to upload to.
NukoClip declares the following permissions, for the purposes below:
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / com.android.vending.BILLING: used only by Google's Play Billing Library to communicate with Google Play for the Pro (one-time) purchase and to check your purchase status. They are never used to send your drawings or files anywhere. The purchase itself is handled entirely by Google Play, and payment details never reach us.We do not collect:
Standard Android system logs generated during a crash stay on your device and are only visible to you (or to us if you voluntarily choose to send them to us, e.g. by email, when reporting a bug).
The only third-party service NukoClip integrates is Google's Play Billing Library (in-app purchase). It includes no analytics platform, ad network, or cloud storage service. The Pro purchase is processed by Google Play, and the app does not collect or store payment details or personal information. The app may communicate with Google Play to check your purchase status. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your country).
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature introduces new network communication or data handling — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Any such change would also be reflected in the app's in-app description before release.
